I am passionate about Holistic Massage, not only knowing how supportive and rejuvenating the benefits can be on a personal level, but also from observing the positive after effects of massage on people's health and well being. It's great to be able to provide a calm and restful space, where people can come and switch off from the stresses and strains of everyday life and just be with themselves. I also love getting to know my clients and it is a privilege to see how life evolves for them over the time we work together.

I trained in Holistic Massage at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork.  Since then, I continue to attend courses to further develop my skills in this wonderful field of work and receive regular clinical supervision. I am fully insured and registered with the Massage Training Institute and Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council.

Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, I worked as an Occupational Therapist for ten years with a wide variety of people, in both physical and mental health settings. This knowledge base helps to inform my massage practice and aftercare advice.

When not working, I enjoy walking, mountain biking, swimming and yoga and spending time with my husband and young son. I also try to paint regularly and help run and occasionally facilitate a local mindfulness group.
